We start with a conversation. Tell us your goals—daily, spirited street, or track—and the stance you’re after. Share inspiration photos or finishes you love; we’ll turn that into a starting blueprint.

Fitment Blueprint

Using your vehicle details (year, model, brakes, suspension, tire size), we engineer the exact wheel specs—diameter, width, offset, and profile—to balance clearance, aesthetics, and performance.

Design & Finish Curation

Choose your spoke design, center cap style, and finish. For unique looks, send reference colors or textures and we’ll craft a tailored finish plan.

Build Sheet & Proposal

You’ll receive a detailed build sheet with specs, finish, pricing, and an estimated lead time. Nothing proceeds until you’re comfortable.

Payment & Design Proofs

Payment is made to begin your order. Once received, we prepare a custom wheel rendering in your exact design, spec, and finish. This will be sent to you for approval before production begins.

Forging & Crafting

Once your design is approved, we begin production. 6061-T6 aluminum billets are forged under immense pressure, CNC-machined to spec, and finished in your chosen color and texture. You’ll receive milestone updates as your wheels are crafted.

Quality Control & Preparation

Each wheel is verified for precision before leaving the factory. Testing includes dimensional checks, runout and balance verification, pressure-leak testing, and a detailed surface inspection. Only wheels that meet strict standards move forward to packaging.

Delivery

Each wheel is boxed with a soft-touch wheel face cover and secured inside the carton to prevent movement. Once sealed and labeled, we ship across Canada and share tracking until delivery, so your order arrives ready to mount.
