Processing & lead times

In‑stock: Ship within 1–3 business days.

MTO/Custom: Estimated 4–12 weeks (varies by spec/production load). Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you may have statutory cancellation rights under Ontario law.
Methods, rates & delivery

Rates are calculated at checkout. Split shipments may occur.

Risk of loss transfers upon the carrier’s confirmed delivery scan.
International & cross‑border

Unless stated otherwise, shipments are DAP (Delivered At Place): duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or delayed, contact us via the Contact page and we’ll assist with the carrier.

Damage/wrong item: Report within 2 business days with photos. Return shipping to us for inspection/exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
Undeliverable/refused shipments

Shipping both ways and carrier fees are deducted from any refund (if eligible).
