Shipping Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Origin: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator (signature may be required)

Processing & lead times

  • In‑stock: Ship within 1–3 business days.

  • MTO/Custom: Estimated 4–12 weeks (varies by spec/production load). Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you may have statutory cancellation rights under Ontario law. 

Methods, rates & delivery

  • Rates are calculated at checkout. Split shipments may occur.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon the carrier’s confirmed delivery scan.

International & cross‑border

  • Unless stated otherwise, shipments are DAP (Delivered At Place): duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

  • If your order is lost or delayed, contact us via the Contact page and we’ll assist with the carrier.

  • Damage/wrong item: Report within 2 business days with photos. Return shipping to us for inspection/exchange is the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable/refused shipments

  • Shipping both ways and carrier fees are deducted from any refund (if eligible).
